How 3T’s riding style becomes a racing attitude

Gravel racing has grown at an unprecedented pace. New formats, new events, new athletes; every year pushes the sport into unexplored territory.

Nearly ten years ago, the first 3T Exploro changed the way riders approached gravel: off‑road speed, aerodynamic efficiency, technical innovation, and multi‑surface versatility became the foundation for a new era of racing. While gravel was still defining its future, 3T was already shaping its trajectory, eyes up, open to experimentation, ready to surf the wave of evolution.

With the launch of the Racemax2 ITALIA, we revisited one of our most meaningful metaphors. In surfing, riding the high line is the upper third of the wave where speed and flow peak, where creativity and control become one.
That’s where 3T has always aimed to be: on the most progressive, dynamic segment of the wave.

Today the gravel racing landscape is shifting fast. Privateers, collectives, factory teams; nothing is fixed, everything is evolving. And that fluidity fits us perfectly: at 3T we don’t chase rigid structures; we start with what matters most: people.

Our athlete strategy is built around passion, determination, shared vision, and a contemporary interpretation of gravel racing; fast, efficient, human‑driven. That’s why our evolution from Riding the Highline naturally led to Racing the High Line.

Privateers & Reverb Cycling Team

The 2026 3T Athlete Roster

This season, 3T-supported athletes racing the UCI Gravel World Series, Gravel Earth Series, and the most relevant international events will compete through two complementary groups:

Privateers

Independent riders who race with full autonomy, expressing their individuality both on and off the bike.

Reverb Cycling Team

A modern racing collective, structured yet open, competitive yet deeply community‑driven, built around connection, adventure, and performance.

Privateers Presented in Girona

Last weekend’s social ride & activation with Velodrom Odeon

Last weekend in Girona, together with Velodrom Odeon, we introduced our 2026 privateer roster with a community activation inside the iconic shop and a social ride through Girona’s surrounding gravel network.

Among the riders who joined:

  • Nils Brun (Privateer) – 17th at the Gravel World Championships
  • Marjet Groen (Privateer) – 2nd at the Bescanonina
  • Kaitlyn Rauwerda (SOG Team) – A rising talent in ultra and endurance racing
  • Toby Perry (Reverb Cycling Team) also joined the rides ahead of today’s official team launch

It was a weekend built around riding together, connecting with Girona’s local cycling family, and sharing the spirit that defines Racing the High Line.

Reverb Cycling Team 2026 Presented Today

Launching the season at Velodrom Odeon

Today, inside the uniquely restored theatre that houses Velodrom Odeon, 3T officially presents the Reverb Cycling Team 2026: a group of gravel and ultra-distance athletes united by a non‑conventional approach to competition. With Girona joining Bergamo and Mallorca, the Odeon becomes the third hub where the 3T community resonates and grows.

This presentation opens the first key weekend of the season: Santa Vall, the inaugural round of the Gravel Earth Series 2026 and the team’s first race of the year.

Reverb is built on a simple idea:
cycling is performance, but also connection, friendship, adventure, and story‑sharing.
A team shaped not only by results but by the people who bring its energy to life.

Racing the High Line Starts Now

With the season opening in Girona, our athletes take the start line carrying a distinctly 3T attitude; modern, fast, exploratory, grounded in community.
