Built for long-distance riding, bikepacking adventures, technical trails, and extreme mountain races, it lets you keep moving where you would normally have to slow down.
Made in Italy using the new Fusion Carbon construction method.

Inside the Ultra² ITALIA
MADE IN ITALY
In recent years, 3T has brought carbon frame manufacturing back to Italy.
Since 2018, production has been based in Presezzo, where frames, components and complete bikes are designed and manufactured.
At the core of this approach is 3T’s in-house carbon know-how, based on proprietary technologies such as dry filament winding and Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM), which define what we named Jazz Carbon.
FUSION CARBON
Fusion Carbon is built on the same technological foundations as 3T’s in-house carbon production, based on dry filament, Filament Winding and Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM).
It introduces a hybrid construction approach that combines proprietary processes with simplified elements of more traditional construction, improving manufacturing efficiency while preserving a large part of the structural performance and benefits of continuous fiber design.
This makes 3T’s Made in Italy carbon technology accessible to a wider range of riders

The Ultra² Italia extends what a gravel bike can do.
Designed for bikepacking, technical terrain and ultra-distance riding, it balances comfort and control across a wide range of real-world conditions.
Key features:
- 27.2 mm seatpost compatibility (including dropper and suspension posts)
- The most relaxed riding position in the 3T range, achieved through the same reach as the Extrema and a higher stack.
- Squared lower section near the bottom bracket for torsional stiffness

The downtube design ensures aerodynamic continuity while providing internal storage space.
