Mattia de Marchi wins Ultracycling Dolomitica 2019
Congratulations to Mattia de Marchi for yet another 1st place, this time racing the 669km of the Ultracycling Dolomitica on the Strada Due last weekend! Ultracycling Dolomite is a Ultracycling competition (on open roads) that takes place every year since 2014 in the Dolomites, one of the most beauitfull mountain areas in the world. The race is valid as qualification to the RAAM (Race Across America). Since its first edition, the race is dedicated in memory of Vito Favero, cycling champion from Treviso.
Mattia is a former professional rider and brother of Alesssandro De Marchi (who joined the last UCI World Championship in the Italian team). He re-invented his cycling career recently on 3T bikes in endurance races, and has done incredibly well this season:

This race over 773km has an elevation gain of 11.000 meters. Mattia finished 1st in 28 hours non stop racing, racing on his Strada Blue Navy bike, 3T Torno crank and Discus C 25 Pro wheels.
This race over 546km has an elevation gain of 13.500 meters. Mattia finished 1st in 22,5 hours non stop racing, racing again on his Strada Blue Navy bike, 3T Torno crank and Discus C 25 Pro wheels.
This race over 357km has an elevation gain of 14.700 meters. Mattia finished 1st in 24 hours non stop racing, racing again on his Strada Blue Navy bike, 3T Torno crank and Discus C 25 Pro wheels.
