3T / Q+M is a Michigan based team racing at the elite level of ultra distance, dirt, gravel, and just plain grueling cycling events.
The 2018 team consists of eight riders recruited for their standing in the community, passion for adventure-by-bicycle and enough fitness to make those adventures a reality. Each rider brings a unique specialty and experience base.
The roster includes four young, up-and-coming personalities in cycling; Catherine Culkin, Scotty Albaugh, Cody Sovis and Danny Soltan. Joining them are four veterans; Mike Simonson (Bell’s, Trek), Sean Kickbush (M-22), Jay Ellis and Al McWilliams (Orbea, ABG).
